BB Meats & Deli LLC was founded to serve customers interested in high quality meats and outstanding service.

We sell specialty meats to a niche market who can afford and desires only the best, as this market is no longer served well by grocery stores and large-scale retailers. Today's typical grocery store provide basic meat options at relatively low prices. These customers will sacrifice  quality and options for price and convenience. Most items in self serve meat cases are cut in large production plants, prepackaged and cased, then shipped to a distribution warehouse. Then the grocery store's "Market Manager" will order enough for the week. Not Here!

EVER NOTICE HOW SOME STORES GROUND BEEF NEVER TURNS DARK? 

Added solutions and gases during packaging will allow these packages to appear un-naturally bright red long after the meat has lost its wholesomeness. Never at our shop. We only sell fresh, all natural meats. 

Don't be sold on the marketing program known as "Certified Angus Beef". Angus is one of the most common breed used in beef production. Don't pay for their marketing campaign!

Our fresh meats have no added ingredients to extend shelf life.
